Trade Mark Homes began with a vision and a step of faith. As a young man, founder Roy Guerra dreamed of building a home for his future family—a place that would reflect their values, support their everyday life, and stand as a foundation for lasting memories. That dream soon grew into a deeper passion for homebuilding and a commitment to serve others through thoughtful, purpose-driven design.

Together with his wife, Cindy, Roy spent years gaining hands-on experience remodeling homes. Each project refined his craftsmanship, taught valuable lessons, and reinforced his belief that building homes was more than just a profession—it was a calling. In 2004, Roy and Cindy took a leap of faith and moved their family to Midland, Texas, to pursue that calling full-time. There, Trade Mark Homes was born.

Rooted in Christian values, Trade Mark Homes has always been about more than just building houses. From day one, the mission has been clear: to serve families with integrity, to reflect God’s love through quality work, and to treat every home as if it were our own. That means showing up with excellence, keeping our word, and building with care and honesty—never cutting corners.

With over two decades of experience, Roy has led the creation of custom homes across West Texas—each one uniquely tailored to the families who live in them.
